How to choose circulating pump and booster pump in air energy hot water project? The actual installation process should be based on the selection of air energy model and model, and even the installation location to choose the pump model and brand. At present, the air energy and hot water circulating pumps in the market are selected as follows:

First, the split body direct heat air energy (fluorine circulation), this boiling water mode does not need a circulating pump, because its condenser is directly immersed in water and water heat exchange coil heat exchanger. The freon inside USES the power of the compressor to transfer heat to the water. When the temperature of the water in the tank drops, the machine starts heating directly, so there is no need for circulating pumps.

Second, the circulation type, this model needs circulating pumps. The recirculating air energy condenser is designed inside the main engine. Water must be pumped through a circulating pump to the condenser of the main engine for heating and then fed into the water tank. The water pump starts up for several seconds to prevent the condenser from drying. If the water temperature is not enough, the host will start automatically until the water temperature is increased to the set temperature.

Three, direct heat circulation, the main condenser is also set in the main engine, it is the first cold water into the main engine directly heated to the set temperature and then into the water tank for heat preservation, when the water temperature in the water tank drops, the need to pump back into the main condenser heating, until the water temperature reaches the set temperature. In addition, due to direct heating to prevent dry burning, cold water must protect a certain pressure before starting, so where cold water pressure is low or unbalanced, cold water must be combined with pressure pump to ensure that cold water has a stable pressure into the condenser for heat exchange. So you need two pumps for the direct heat cycle to work properly.
